A Morning Drink of Warm Water and Lemon Juice Can Deliver Some Wonderful Results

Drinking lemon in warm water in the morning is something that fits into the category of being a small ‘hinge’ that can improve your daily life whilst delivering excellent health benefits.

As for making it part of your daily routine, it’s fairly easy to get into. In the morning, warm a cup of water in the kettle and squeeze half a lemon into it. The reason the water needs to be warmed is so that you don’t shock your system, as cold water has a tendency to do. This effect could prevent some of the health benefits from taking effect.

Lemon and citrus fruits are well known for their cleansing potential and that’s why they are often included as part of the ingredients of manufactured cleaning products.

When consumed vitamin C converts to hydrogen peroxide and this will battle pathogens and any germs to keep you healthy and well. Hydrogen peroxide – otherwise known as H2O2 is produced in breast milk to keep babies healthy.
